A devastating tragedy has struck northern Pakistan.
Terrifying flash floods have swept through the area, carrying with them rocks and debris that have buried homes under rubble and shattered countless lives.
Rescue teams and local residents are currently working tirelessly to search for survivors. In the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa alone, over 300 people have been lost, with at least 150 injured.
The Buner district, home to Bishnoi, has suffered deeply, recording 217 fatalities. Half of the houses in Bishnoi have been completely destroyed, while the rest have been left uninhabitable.
