Since its founding, The Zahra Trust has supported over 53 million people across 12 countries through humanitarian aid and development programs.

Food insecurity affects millions of families around the world. 

Through large-scale food distribution programs, we have delivered more than 13 million meals to people facing hunger. 

These meals bring more than nourishment – they bring dignity and relief. 

3. Millions of food parcels delivered

In addition to meal programs, families receive essential support through food parcels. 

Over 6.7 million food parcels have been distributed, helping households maintain stability during difficult times. 

Each parcel is designed to sustain families with staple foods that provide real support. 

4. Medical aid for those who need it most

Healthcare access remains a serious challenge in many vulnerable regions. 

Through our aid programs, we have delivered over 462,000 medical interventions, helping individuals access essential treatment and care.

Our water projects have helped bring clean drinking water to more than 300,000 people, protecting health and strengthening communities.
