My name is Ali Alhakeem, I’m a reciter for the Ahlulbayt a.s and an optician.

What Are You Fundraising For?

Raising funds for Yemen. The news updates over the last few months has been heartbreaking and I’d like to do my bit in trying to raise funds to alleviate their struggling as much as I can.

Why?

I am planning to read the entire Qur’an in one day. Growing up, I remember hearing how the Prophet Muhammed (pbuh) and Imams used to do this and I’ve always wanted to give it a go.

I am doing this as a sponsored event, trying to raise as much funds as possible for the people of Yemen so please do donate generously. InshAllah I will be live broadcasting the whole experience on the 14th of April so you can watch and join in!
